About 30 seconds on google would have been enough to find out that this is based on a boardgame, not a video game - which was written by the author.

While I am not about to argue that these guys actually know of what they speak (I doubt that they do), they did more than play a video game - and grant them credit for what they did do.

At the risk of another futile Israel-Iran thread, the calculus of Israeli leaders is much more complex than just military success - which by the way is not defined as "wiped out Iran."

If something does happen, it will, most likely include U.S. Involvement, it always has before. I would just like to advise the Israelis to wait until they have a more reliable American President in the White House.

I don't think Israel will strike without U.S support (at the very least).

IMHO Obama already has a deadline set up in his head (which he probably shared with Bibi) which will be sometime after the U.S elections... if indeed he is reelected.

I think if Iran keeps going the way they are, it is very probable indeed.

    Oh well that changes everything.

There's only a couple of things I could guarantee on this topic. One, is if this video game scenario was actually believed by Israeli military and political leadership it would trump all political consequences. Two, it ain't even going to be close to this scenario.

    I didn't forget that.

It actually gives me more reason to believe that we might eventually end up in an open war.

This underground war will continue for years, maybe even decades.

You always have to assume there are steps being taken behind the scenes for something like this. I can assure you there is a lot being done by the Pentagon and U.S. intelligence.

lol. Pentagon has thousands of plans when it comes to Iran. They identified 20.000 military targets inside Iran

In regards to Iran's nuclear capabilities it can't go on for decades as logic states that the deadline for whenever Iran goes nuclear will be sometime in this decade.

So this means even if in 2020 no war has occured we will still be hearing ''Iran will go nuclear in 2021,2022,2023,2024'' predictions by countries ?

I doubt nothing will occur by 2020, that's my point.
