Disturbing video, the mechanical and automated killing of people. I dont have any remorse for the dead Talibs, but its airstrikes like this that have also errantly killed hundreds of civilians and wedding parties. How can the pilots know from that distance if the men with AKs are Talibs or Haqqanis and not just village security men?

Also something to think about, the Apaches fired off several hellfires targeting individual targets. This is a prime example of how the Taliban can get killed, and yet hurt us even more in the process, or bleed us to death via a 1,000 papercuts. Each hellfire missile costs our government 60,000$.

Think about this, its 60k $ to kill some illiterate peasant with an AK. That Talib's death is a Pyrrhic victory at best for us. We are dying slowly with each small paper cut like this.

Im willing to bet most of my money that they just didnt fly over a tent village willy nilly and notice bros with AK's roaming about. Im thinking they had some solid intel, and boots on the ground.

You're right. They should've let him bleed out to death or maybe land and tie him up to the landing gear and fly him back to the nearest medical center.

    Do i feel a sarcasm ?
You know that we are supposed to be the good guys and have rules of war, even if the enemy has none, right ?
And you don't perceive how this could hurt the public opinion (it is not like if precedent were not existing) and make the war worse ?
Yeap carry on that spirit, it will certainly end well
