Makeup on a woman is one of those things where "less is more". Done right, on the right person, it can make her look amazing. Too much however and yeah, she tends to look like a barbie doll who was left in the sun for too long.

Tactfully applied it can makea girl look even better. I can't stand it when it's applied with a wallpaper roller though.
