Let see 10% unemployment means 1 in 10 has no job. No job means no income. No income means no money. No money means no buy things.....like food. Then you have the underemployed. The math is really simple.

All true. Really not a surprise. In 1982 we had over 10% unemployment for a time. But far less people on food stamps.
times have changed. There was a stigma associated with food stamps and even unemployment checks.

As I said, not a surprise today we have over 1 in 8 people on food stamps. It will likely stay that way.

But as I said.....I would never have thought I would live to see it.
