    CNN just reported the death toll is down to 12, previously reported at 14. I was watching the Today Show on NBC and there was a SWAT member standing on top of a truck looking into the suspect's apartment. The reporter was speculating Law Enforcement Officers were checking the windows for ****y traps and possibly had a video recording device to look through the apartment.

    RIP to the victims. I hope they cut this douchebag into tiny little pieces.
