Yes and morever the radical band would stop to exist in 5 minutes. The girls are just hooligans and more. But I'd like to see an action in a mosque. In our case at least they are still alive.

If such a band would even exist, they wouldn't try to perform similar ****, since they would be pro Church.

But if some dumb**** from "radical pro-Putin/Nashi band" would pull similar stunt, he will be punished accordingly with several possible exception: trial would be far faster and there wouldn't be so much haze in the media, since "opposition" is aloud only about its own kind while ruling party would try to make its stray dogs less visible.

Another bill by Putin: NGOs that receive foreign funds will be charged for espionage.

I read it on interfax and saw it on RIA Novosti's YouTube page, how these trusted sources got it wrong is a mystery.

Yes, if they start singing about executing the opposition and sending the survivors to Black Dolphin Prison.

    That would fall under Hooliganism.

For Hisroyalhighness sake: Asch was talking about his region. You said average of Russia overall. For whatever the purpose may be, Asch region may not make as much on the national average. GDP Per Capita is something like 14K, that is the "AVERAGE". I think some people cannot read.

actually up to 300.000 rur for citizens, not to mention million rur fee for organizers. average monthly income in our region is 17000 rur, so it's 204000 rur annual. dunno where from you got 17-18 kbucks figure.

about pussy riot, i just leave here a link that truly and depply reflects whole idiocy of that process, and shows how deeply our juridical system and religious douchebags are fucked up.

This time I know I got it right. They won't be charged for espionage but they need to be registered as "Foreign Agents" (It carries a negative connotation) they also need to undergo financial audits and issue twice-yearly reports on their activities. If they don't they'll receive Heavy Fines and even a two year prison sentence.

EDIT here's the article from RIA Novosti:
Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday signed a law forcing non-government organizations (NGO) engaged in political activity with foreign financing to be classed as "foreign agents."The passage of the new law comes amidst criticism from Russian human rights organizations which say the series of Kremlin-backed laws are attempts to suppress opposition. Under the new legislation, NGOs would have to publish a biannual report on their activities and carry out an annual financial audit. Failure to comply with the law could result in four-year jail sentences and/or fines of up to 300,000 rubles ($9,200).

You were not wrong about the first account. It is all semantics.

At that, the bill proposed about the NGO's is a good one, and should be implement in countries like mine (Canada. For LineDoggies sake since he has trouble reading).

So the French account misinterpreted the legal meaning of "foreign agent" in the Russian law.

What was the French's interpretation of it?

I don't have the paper anymore as it was a short report in a free newspaper I got when I took the subway this morning. So I can not quote pricesly what was written. Maybe they did not use the word "espionage". Maybe just the words "foreign agent" + "prison penalty". The impression the reader was left with was the charges were of espionage.

Well, that is similar to what I have read here in the local newspapers (Calgary herald, which is not supposed to be used as a credible source if you attend SAIT Polytechnic as an example). So I would take it with a grain of salt.
