Default Mr Smith goes to Wasington .. - How true is such a film

Yes i fine full well it's the title of a Cinematic classic that starred the legendary James Stewart ... The point is never in cinematic history has there ever been an film since that highlights the Poltical flaws of those who have been influenced by outside sources ...

Prime Example .. Rupert Murdoch's affilliations with many a noted Top Politicians .. before his downfall by the phone hacking scandal's and then his later departures from his many Positions still he evades jail .

Let's not forget Robert Maxwell another noted media magnet .. who got to big for his boots by playing the media card that resulted in his demise

    Sorry whats question?

The chance of a filibuster working?

Or the chance of finding an honest, altrusitic and dedicated politician in Washington?
