    The militarization of local police forces is an issue. Might not be "your papers, please" today (unless you live in the Southwest like I do and get the internal border checkpoints) but if we get to point and laugh at someone because we dont agree with them.

    The militariztion of CRIMINAL ELEMENTS in our society and the CRIMINAL ELEMENTS FROM ACROSS THE BORDER are the issue. I would love to not have to wear a ballistic vest and have to upgrade to rifle resistant plates. You clearly don't understand the reasons why we've had to move in this direction.
