Definitely not KSVK, just from a glance there are multiple differences between the KSVK and the rifle shown, namely the design of the bolt.
EDIT: Also, taking a closer look, the rifle shown isn't even bullpup like the KSVK
Those Anti-Material rifles usig by fu..ng PKK terrorists. So what are they ? Barret M-95 , or KSVK 12.7 ?

Another thread with this rifle.

Steve at the Firearm blog just posted an article about these same rifles in the pictures
http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2...aterial-rifle/
The Chinese had one that look just like those but I though it never pass the prototype stage...
Can't remember it's designation though.
Pretty sure as the Firearmblog says it's small-scale factory or workshop level production based on freely available enthusiast designs. As such, if it has a designation, it's known only to the chaps in the photos.
The Croats produced all sorts of wierd stuff during the Balkans wars
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zagi_M-91
the Sovs did the same during the siege of Leningrad
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PPS_submachine_gun
and the Pakistanis have a town in the north west that does pretty much nothing else
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Darra_Adam_Khel
Custom made jobs based on a similar design with a few mods
At a glance it resembled the Polish WKW Wilk / Tor. It looks more similar to the Serbu though.
Later we copied the PPS to make the M/44 smg http://www.varusteleka.com/product/d...I7U&lang=en_US
The russians copied from us first though Suomi KP/31 = PPSh-41
So it's some sort of rifle pieced together in an underground factory/workshop then?
Is it single shot, or are the magazines just not in place?
