Default Missile Defense Staff Warned To Stop Surfing **** Sites

The Pentagon’s Missile Defense Agency warned its employees and contractors last week to stop using their government computers to surf the Internet for ****ographic sites, according to the agency’s executive director.

In a one-page memo, Executive Director John James Jr. wrote that in recent months government employees and contractors were detected “engaging in inappropriate use of the MDA network.”

“Specifically, there have been instances of employees and contractors accessing websites, or transmitting messages, containing ****ographic or ******ly explicit images,” James wrote in the July 27 memo obtained by Bloomberg News.

“These actions are not only unprofessional, they reflect time taken away from designated duties, are in clear violation of federal and DoD and regulations, consume network resources and can compromise the security of the network though the introduction of malware or malicious code,” he wrote.

Everyone was warned when there should have been a mass firing to put the fear of God into these dinks.

They have to shoot their own missiles from time to time.

Those who have never accessed NSFW material from work computers should throw the first stone.

Wouldn't you say this is just slightly different from the average job or workplace? Maybe the standards should be a little higher?

Sitting around all day waiting for a launch that's never gonna happen sounds even more boring than an average job.

Maybe install DEFCON while you're at it.

Shit, Bosco, that's just training as far as I'm concerned. Or at least that is what I would tell the bossman.

I have never, and I only work at a university, not in national missile defense.

My boss can access my work PC anytime and check what I am doing. Also walking around with a hard one at work can be most annoying.

Its more than a fair warning - attacks on the Iranian nuclear facilities can also happen on missile defence installations - would you want your defences down because Joey wanted to shoot his own hand fired missiles?
