You could have saved the effort the world can clearly see China is economically and technologally superior to India. India can by barely muster the effort to complete a highway of national importance and struggle with a utilty infrastructure that is held together with band aid and string. Everytime we have one of those "Embarressing India" moments such as the recent blackouts some Indians feel the need without prompt to point out that Pakistan/ Muslims are in far worse shape. Its penile compensation of the most desperate kind.

You know comparing china to india is pretty useless as both have nothing in common apart from population.China is a non democratic unipolar communist utopia where the govt has the free hand to do whatever it wants without the need of talking or consulting it's people.

The only Muslim countries with a better GDP Per Capita than Israel are small monarchies drowning in oil.
There are not many countries above Israel, it's 26th after all.

Yet again there are quite a few that are close to Israel, but are discarded conveniently as they don't fit the premise set by the article.

Maybe that had something to do with being at the right place at the right time. Well in the same vein at one time "India' had the largest percentage of world trade should we just forget about everything and just forget that we are a piss poor country now and somehow try to blame everybody else for it instead of ourselves.

You brought up that with your article, usually the burden of proof relies on you...
But as I am a good lad and you bemuse me with your Islamophobia, I deliver... http://statbel.fgov.be/fr/binaries/p...m326-35741.pdf
Again you threw out that POS of an article... you should substantiate your claims. And again, I deliver. http://www.unrwa.org/etemplate.php?id=87
I did not write the article. I just posted. You familiar with the statement "Dont shoot the messenger" ? Please put extracts of the relevant parts of statements that substantiate your claims from the links you have posted. And one of them is in French and I do not do French.

And I am an Islamaphobe now ? Good ol name calling again. This is expected from you.

Because there is really nothing about Islam on that article. Just a bunch of statistics (many of them *special*) thrown around and a good old slandering.
I am not Right, I am just dismantling that POS of an article...There is no Right (or wrong).
    Words again. No links/sources.

Yes, China is. Who has denied it ? I myself am the worst critic of India's infrastructure problems if you have read my posts.

But obviously you missed the point of my post.

    Lets stick to the topic.

    Words again. No links/sources.

When the messenger provides the same message time and again, one might start reconsidering the whole deal.

Again you post an article with no critical lecture? How fancy of you...

To me when it squeaks like a duck, goose steps like a duck and lays duck eggs, has to be a Cat...right?

I find it rich that you ask for links, as you did not provided a single link for you article.

And google can translate stuff for you...you should try it.

Obviously being a member of OPEC till 2008 and having vast natural resources has absolutely nothing to do with the state of the economy.

So if I post an article and its link, you also want me to post a link for everything that is written in that article ? Seriously ?

You do not say? Thanks for shooting yourself in the foot.
    I stated the obvious.

It is called sourcing your claims...I can post the exact opposite with figures to boot, wouldn´t you want to check the sources as well? And yes, seriously. Every time I see statistics, I wonder about their source.

    I stated the obvious.
    So oil beats Islam ?

Indonesia is a secular country with a strong pre-Islamic Hindu influence.

I'd rate the 300 year Dutch influence as a factor, rather.

(and in to some extent this led to some problems as well)
