    Default U.S. Marines and Sailors who won medals in the Olympics

    Interesting list. It seems natural that marines and navy men would win in shooting, fencing and rope climbing, but why not sailing?

    This is old ('76 Olympic games in Montreal), but great. The Cuban guy Cpl. Leon Spinks whipped had cruised through his fights up to the gold medal round; his longest bout was about a round and a half. In the '72 Olympics the Cubans had dominated; all that changed in Montreal.
