Following the DOJ tell you a lot about this administration.
THE Justice Department has said it won't prosecute Wall Street firm Goldman Sachs or its employees in a financial fraud probe.
In a written statement, the department said it conducted an exhaustive investigation into allegations brought to light by a Senate panel investigating the 2008-2009 financial crisis.
"The department and investigative agencies ultimately concluded that the burden of proof to bring a criminal case could not be met based on the law and facts as they exist at this time," the department said.
But the department added that if additional or new evidence were to emerge, it could reach a different conclusion about prosecuting Goldman if warranted.

Damn straight....^^
I'm shocked. Never saw this coming. At all.
(Goldman Sachs is a major Obama [and Romney, IIRC] donor.)
This is a sad day for the justice system. I'm sad to see the state of the economy we're in right now who probably won't ever get to see justice.
Oh gee now's there's a shock...I don't think I can handle this.
Is this going to turn into an anti-Obama circle jerk?
... or are you going to rush off now and join OWS?
Why close the revolving door?
Edwin. Sutherland.
stop with your class warfare talk!
these people at goldman are job creators, and by putting them in jail would only hurt our precious free economy.
in all seriousness, the amount of money that these banks funnel to politicians on both sides is astounding. They made themselves a nice place in washington that no matter what party wins they will always get favored.
