The bunny, seen in a photo of a half-naked, distraught 18-month-old boy, was used to painstakingly trace a molester to Amsterdam. From there, investigators made one arrest after another of men accused of sexually abusing children, exchanging explicit photos of the attacks and even chatting online about abducting, cooking and eating youngsters.

Authorities have identified more than 140 young victims so far and say there is no end in sight
as they pore through hundreds of thousands of images found on the suspects' computers. They are also trying to determine whether the men who talked about murder and cannibalism actually committed such acts or were just sharing twisted fantasies.

The still-widening investigation has been code-named Holitna, after a river in Alaska with many tributaries.

"They are the worst of the worst," said Bruce Foucart, agent in charge of the U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement agency's Homeland Security Investigations unit in Boston. "This isn't just a child that's nude and someone's taking pictures of him; this is a child that's being raped by an adult, which is horrific."

Cut off their manhoods and force them to wear them around their neck and then hang them in the town square, let everyone see them.

Reading this makes me sick. Doing this to a child and making it suffer such horrible physical and psychological pain is the most fvcked up thing one can do. I wish I knew that the people who do and support this suffer the same pain, but I guess that´s impossible.

Good catch, I hope they get them all. I also hope some of the talk was just talk. IMHO, those people should forfeit their lives.

I can't imagine being the police officer that has to go through those photographs.

This is why I will always be in favour of the capital punishment, some people have forfeited their lives. What makes me sad is the on going lobbying with regards to informed consent and age limits. At one point the line has to be drawn. Be it moral laws or whatever, but some things should be punished, and punished hard.

I wish I had not read this.
These people indeed do not deserve to live.

Also its just unbelievable how many children became victim here before this was uncovered. The consequence for parents has to be that they cant leave their children in the care of any men, no matter how much they trust them.

That is something completely different and has nothing to do with this topic.

Looking at it logically I'm against the death penalty for rape cases. The rapist will know if he gets caught he's going to die so why leave behind the victim as a living breathing witness who can identify him? He would literally have nothing to lose by killing the victim.

Can't we simply shoot them all? Life in prison is all well and good but it costs money.

My problem is these people do time, then get out and do it all over again.

Rinse and repeat. There should be no repeats, ever.

By all means, life in jail with hard labour, cut their legs off, staple their eyelids to their foreheads but I can't help but think that the death penalty for rape would lead to more rape/murders.

For some of those victims, they have already killed them. Maybe up the punishment. Some of the old English methods of execution would do.

Yes you do have a valid point.

I see it different gaz. I would rather they fear even trying that, do to the amount of unbelievable pain they would feel as their life slips away.

That is not how any of these people think. You dont do such crimes and think "oh as I only get 10 years i will do it, if I got 20 I wouldnt". They just expect to not get caught at all, if they are their life as they know it is over anyway. Some also hope to get caught and be stopped.

The death penalty for murder is a different matter, I've got no problem with that.
