Did they mean "buried" or "burned" I wonder, guess buried, seems it might grow again?......cannabis ranged in size from 4 to 9 feet.
The sheriff says it filled four trailers and a dump truck ........The plants are to be burned in a landfill and buried Friday.
They forgot to tell us where that landfill /burn site is located! Is there a cannibis plant that is not illegal? I think there is but I am not an expert, but I thought hemp was grown (and stil is in places) to make twine, rope, cloth etc? How does one know the difference? Is the twine/rope plant illegal also? I honestly do not know.
Looks like the Mexican government is pushing the cartels north. Good news for Mexico
That is what I thought too....I think (am not sure of course) that the growing of rope type hemp is illegal in the USA, but the sale and use of the string and rope is okay....you just can't grow the hemp plants, as they evidently look like the drug type hemp plant, and there is no whiz bang easy way to tell the two plants apart.
Yes the growing of the rope hemp plant was wide spread in America from what I have heard, and Washington grew them, as did many farmers. Think the rope hemp still grows wild in various areas in ditches and fallow fields.
