Many of them will indeed be ****heads, but that's not TFLs problem, nor does it say anything political about them. They were paid to run an advert for the walk, so they did. They really don't care whether you're advertising a sale at H&M, holidays to France or a demonstration about whatever the cool kids protest about these days.
There's tons of photos and videos on the internet of previous Al Quds days in London.
All of them were peaceful, and there also seems to have been a strong attendance from Jews who were in agreement with the message of the event.
The official website even goes out of its way to state that it is not an attack on Jews or on Judaism, but is against what it terms Israeli Apartheid.
None, my opinion is immaterial at the moment. And as its freedom of speech, I stay silent. But I raise my eyebrow on where the English government stands on this. Because, don't you think if some organization wanted to march with a message of replacing a country, that the government would not step in so it does not convey the wrong message?
Why is that relevant? We know that most Arabs would like Israel destroyed, nothing new here. But as long as that is not what the demonstration is officially about, it is legal.
And why should advertising for a legal demonstration not be allowed? They can have their demonstration but they must not advertise for it? That makes no sense whatsoever.
Agreed! What I find particularly irritating, is all the rhetoric and whining - bringing up the past - that follows in the Jewish media whenever some feathers are ruffled. I see no need or benefit to cry out a peaceful demonstration is some form of a threat.
This very DEEP and TROUBLING FEAR of the Jewish people - I am in my mid-50s and have seen and studied the generations of living in fear - and it finally dawned on me that this is NOT our problem! OIL ADDICTION - that's our problem and there is no easy, fast or convenient way out.
The stubborn mentality of the Jewish people seems to be creating more anxiety - look at the darn advertisement, ask yourselves if Israeli Jews are worse off today than they were ten to twenty years ago and then - look at who and what is behind this HUGE Department of Homeland Security and the nexus of events that created it in the first place.
You and I and many others recognize the Al Qud's objective for what it truly is.
However, unfortunately, Al Quds have cleverly wrapped their message in legal and social acceptable language; the wolf is in sheep's clothing. And, this is a perfect example of anti-Israel agitation via lawfare and social media.
The response is not to fight the principle of freedom of speech, but to use that principle to advocate our own cause.
TFL will realize that it is not in its interest to publish anti-Israel propaganda by a social and economic response. Attacking TFL's policies or claiming anti-Semitism plays into the hands of Al Quds.

Moron, it's troubling because it's allowed to happen in a western country, which proclaims to fight terror and such. Islamist calling for destruction of Israel on its own is about as exciting as sun going up in the morning.
How about you go and fvck yourself? I am deeply regretting if this sounded too stubborn for you.
If they do, which they probably will then report them to the police or sue them or what ever. But as long as they follow the law they have the same right to protest and advertise as anyone else, or do you think that certain views should be illeagal?
That opinions should be registered and a censorship should review all publications and broadcasts? Which political views are ok in that case? How about religion? Or pictures of scantly clad women? Or gay couples on TV? Or greenpeace posters?
