    Looking at a stance is not the same as accepting that stance. It has been often said, not to discuss religion or politics. There is a commonality of intolerance and trying to convert the other person. For some it is a obsessive compulsive need that must be fed.

    I do have many friends who are politically in line with my thoughts. I try not to talk at work.

    True. And it is really worrying to see, or believe how much worse things are becoming in that regard. Instant access to information, some reliable but much of it not and out of context, leaves people with quicker assumptions instead of willing to ask questions and understand and form an educated opinion.

    I feel that there should be a US Elections sub-forum which could go from now untill two or three months after the elections.
