    and that's how you should feel. A little apprehension is normal. I think you ,because of your maturity, will do fine.

    wicked, have fun, most of all.....keep a written diary if humanly possible and also take lots of digital photos and then burn them to a CD or DVD and keep them for your later years. Bust your rear to be the best sailor in your unit, get decorated! keep in mind you are the latest in a long long line of US navy sailors that included my father in law and his father before him as well as my son in law. Anchors away! (making audio/video recordings too are great but the written diary and photo are a must)
