Any movie without SEALs is my default favorite SEAL movie.
* Lieutenant Shane Wolfe, a fictional character portrayed by Vin Diesel in the film The Pacifier.
* SEAL teams are featured in the films The Abyss (1989, directed by James Cameron), Navy SEALs (1990, directed by Lewis Teague) and The Rock (1996, directed by Michael Bay). In all three films, the SEAL teams are led by characters played by actor Michael Biehn.
* The 1991 film The Finest Hour portrays Navy SEAL training as well as combat missions in the Middle East.
* In Under Siege and Under Siege 2: Dark Territory, a former SEAL, now cook played by actor Steven Seagal, is the only person who can stop a gang of terrorists when they seize control of a US Navy battleship (Under Siege) and a train (Under Siege 2).
* The 1997 Ridley Scott film G.I. Jane presented the idea of women training and becoming Navy SEALs. Actress Demi Moore played Lieutenant Jordan O'Neill opposite actor Viggo Mortensen's character Master Chief John James Urgayle, and actor James Caviezel's character Slovnik.
* A SEAL team has been featured in Antoine Fuqua's 2003 film Tears of the Sun, led by actor Bruce Willis.
* Lieutenant Darius Stone/xXx (actor Ice Cube) and NSA Agent Kyle Steele (actor Scott Speedman) are both former Navy SEALs in the 2005 film xXx: State of the Union.
* The low-budget 1999 film U.S. Seals, filmed in Bulgaria and criticized for its inaccurate portrayal of SEAL operations.
* Jim Street (Colin Farrell) in the movie S.W.A.T
* SEAL Team Rollback, fictional account of classified UDT/SEAL missions in Vietnam. Takes the reader through the history of the Vietnam War from the fall of Dien Bien Phu to the Mayaguez. Although fiction, much of the little known information in the book about secret special operations and intelligence is factual, such as third country interrogators and torturers of US POWs in Vietnam, defectors who fought against US forces, and missions against advisors and fighters from Russia, China, Cuba, North Korea, etc...
* In the action movie The Condemned a SEAL team is mentioned.
* The film SEAL Team tells the story of Navy SEALs during the Gulf War.
* Navy SEALs are mentioned in the 2005 film Yours, Mine and Ours.
* Navy SEALs make an appearance in "Transformersark of the Moon"
* Navy SEALs are featured in the 2012 film "Act of Valor". This film is the first of its kind to use active duty Navy SEALs instead of actors. They filmed with live ammunition and showcase their gear, tactics, and the SEAL brotherhood.
Mine is Navy Seal starring Charlie Sheen
Any movie without SEALs is my default favorite SEAL movie.
Tears of the Sun, the Rock and Under Siege. Cant choose just one from the list of SEAL purn.
Even :
???* The low-budget 1999 film U.S. Seals, filmed in Bulgaria and criticized for its inaccurate portrayal of SEAL operations.
But it could be worse ! I've seen a low-budget movie called "Marines" (not " The Marine" who seemed a bit more descent for a B-movie) where the actors were dressed worse than some airsofters I know. Nothing adjusted, everything hanging loose, and... US Marines with AKs...?
I don't like any movies involving swimmings because I cannot swim myself. Water scares the crap out of me.
Waterworld with Kevin Bacon and Christopher Plummer is the scariest movie ever.
The one with Charlie Sheen, of course! Such magnificent hair.
They all pale in comparison to the awesome that is "The Wild Geese" and "Who Dares Wins"
Anything with Michael Biehn as Navy Seal.
Well, I watched The Abyss some time ago and it was pretty good. The SEALs were real arseholes in that one though.
I'm thinking of watching this one too.

I know it is widely maligned but I enjoy "Tears of the Sun".
