I see a mix of Tavors and M4s. Transition or maybe the Tavor has some problems and widespread issue is slow?

Soldiers of Nanjing Military Area Command (MAC) of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) took part in military training recently.

They're taken during IDF's Infantry Section Commanders Course (You can tell by the green little tabs on the shoudlers), so you have guys from different units/Brigades coming with different weapons. That also explains why some wear red boots and some wear the black ones
