DHS Report: Cairo Attack Followed Demand to Release Blind Sheikh in 1993 WTC Bombing
Fox News has obtained a three-page intelligence report showing that two days before the deadly attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya, a statement incited "sons of Egypt" to pressure America to release the so-called blind sheikh "even if it requires burning the embassy down with everyone in it."
The web statement, apparently posted on Sept. 9, was in reference to the embassy in Egypt. It preceded a throng of demonstrators breaching the U.S. Embassy wall in Cairo, supposedly in protest over an anti-Islam film. Obama administration officials claim that attackers in Libya then took their cue from Cairo and seized the opportunity to attack the consulate in Benghazi.

I hardly think that any president wants to leave behind a legacy that he released a man directly/indirectly responsible for killing Americans. Granted if Obama is re-elected, he knows he's going to be facing a much tougher audience watching his every move. The risks for Americans abroad has always been high, but to release this man, in my opinion, isn't going to appease the Muslims. If nothing else, it'll only embolden them into committing further attacks.
If I may add.....that's one man I wouldn't mind paying my tax dollars to suffer a slow and agonizing death behind bars. I'll take that over him getting a free plane ride back to Egypt.
