We are recon team from Poland and use wz.93 camo and replicas in Stanag system. We work together for two years. We take part in airsoft milisim's on the area of Poland.

I used to play "milsim" paintball a few years ago but quit the team because they were complete douchefags who thought they were SF (they called themselves operators). The team leader was the worst of them all, he'd get all pissed off when he got shot and once he was so mad that he left the game.
I play with friends from time to time who are less hardcore.
It's the same in airsoft... That's why I quit a year ago, except perhaps for little games with close friends (perhaps 10 people at the most)
I love my team because we're the exact opposite. We don't it seriously, we put fairplay and humour above anything else, and the real deal guys that are in the team and are/were military remind us that, no, dressing as soldiers and operators doesn't make us any.
It's a sunday game with friends and BBQ.
Damn, they even banned rank and unit patches ! It's either team patch, fun patch, or country patch.
Though I wanna try that MilSim game in Sweden next summer...
It's exactly what I do now. I avoid big games with the weekend commandos
Why I no longer play nearly as much as I used to-
90% of players are like him.
I still spend too much money on gear though.
Woah !! I need to be careful !! One of ours is actively working out and is ripped, precisely because he's seeing some of us gaining weight ! Several of us started to add pounds, so yeah, scary... (I'm working out too now...)

Yeah I just play with close friends these days normally anywhere from 6-12 of us - too many idiots (and even one among my friends who we dont invite anymore) who think that they are SF and the pinnacle of realistic warfare is represented by call of duty. Fair play and good fun and on a warm day a BBQ all the way we dont wear patches or anything - if you do its Country flag or fictional unit patch no wearing anything you didnt earn for real in the Military.
Since this seems to be an excuse thread...
I don't play because I am a real veteran, I've had hair on my balls for about 25 years, and have had *** with at least one real live human woman. In fact, I'm a father.
Do milsim guys sit around doing nothing for 90% of the time waiting until some pretend mission comes up?
