I'll have to watch some UFO and Space 1999 in remembrance. RIP

    Very sad news.

When I was kid, I first watched the Thunderbirds on a Black & White TV. Then our family brought a colour TV in 1976. My Father and I were so excited (well mainly me) to see the Thunderbirds in COLOUR! I then became a fan of Captain Scarlet, UFO and Space 1999.

    R.I.P. Gerry Anderson.

    Rest in Peace Gerry.

Thunderbirds was awesome, a bit corny these days but that's half it's charm.

I always loved the elaborate set pieces and models they used. Brilliant stuff.
