    Yep, bonehead move. If he knew it was wrong, and still did it, a few days in jail wouldn't hurt. Just to prove that the authoritys will enforce the law. If not, it's a very slippery slope.

    I don't know what the fine/punishment would be to get caught in possession of such potential death clip in DC, but I can guarantee if it was you or me, we would be facing a fine.

    AT MOST this clown will get is some sort of reprimand from his boss.
