Default Any Aussie's know where to get these?

Hey guys, I have just found out there is a magazine series called Ironsides : The magazine of the Royal Australian Armoured Corps. I recentley purchased 2005, 2007 and 2009 on http://regimental-books.com.au/index...mm%2Fdd%2Fyyyy.

Was wondering if anyone knew where to purchase them from? Maybe Pucka? Would love to find out! Something you cant get in the Newsagencey like Contact etc.

Not something that would normally be available to the public I imagine. You'll probably find publishing details when you get your order, if it's anything like the Infantry ones, it's generally made available to the units in the Regiments and to members of the association.

Not sure if you can get a membership without demonstrating service though...

My sister is a member of sorts and she assists with fund raising events etc but that might be by association thru the old boy's membership.

    Brad,

I notice you are in Melbourne. It would be worth your while to travel the hour out of Melbourne to the RAAC Museum at Puckapunyal and visit the shop there. They have a pretty good book selection featuring Australian Armour including titles that aren't carried by Hylands. Earlier this year (May) I picked up a number of back issues of 'Ironsides' (5 or 6) including the 3 you have in addition to a swag of other books and gear. Be sure to check online when they are open as it would be a pity to travel all that way to find them closed ...

    Cheers,
    AL
