It replaces the 5.56mm LSW C9.The weapons will be introduced into Service in two versions, to be known as Machine Gun 7.62mm, MINIMI, LSW, LONG RAIL (LR) and Machine Gun 7.62mm, MINIMI, LSW.[/FONT]

    Default Dale Cregan Trial Begins For Murder Of PCs Fiona Bone And Nicola Hughes

    Armed police stand guard as Dale Cregan arrives in an armed convoy to face charges of murder and attempted murder at Preston Crown Court on February 4, 2013 in Preston, England. Dale Cregan, 29, stands accused of four murders, including PC Nicola Hughes and PC Fiona Bone on September 18, 2012 and also in two separate attacks earlier this year of Mark Short and his father David Short. Cregan is also being charged with an additional four counts of attempted murder.

    I'm sorry but a Sam Browne and ceremonial sword just don't belong with BDU's.

    They were intended to be used with Class A / Dress uniforms.
