Yep. One guided MLRS round and problem solved. Makes me think of a Landing Craft - Rocket.

The way this system works is not very different to a troop of MRLs. The only practical difference is that all of the launchers are mounted on a single truck rather than four. Which means a loss of mobility, survivability, etc with the benefit of less crew. The video shows a pretty low rate of fire by MRL standards (90 seconds for a ripple) but this wouldn’t make too much of a difference.
I see it as fine fine dictator's gun. You can easily level a rebel city...
If they can build these in large numbers it could be a force to be reckon with. I still feel like it is best be better mounting those on BMPs or even trucks to give better mobility.
I could easily see a system like the Iron Dome be overworked by such a MRLS especially if they come in great numbers and spread throughout in a saturation attack with dirt-cheap rockets.
Iron Dome would have no problem with Jobaria. Because this thing has such a high and distinctive signature as soon as it rolls within 50-100km of the IDF their ISR and BAI capability will located it and destroy it. Even if they disguise it as a semi-trailer truck it’s going to look rather suspicious with that massive truck hauling it.
