    New Blackhawk UH-60 simulator in Colombia.



    On March of 2013 was opened the first flight simulator for the UH-60 at the Combat Command No. 4 CACOM4 and being the only one in Latin America and whose arrival was announced by the minister of defense during the course of Expodefense III

    This simulator to get the country through the economic figure is in the CACOM 4 to support the training of the pilots for this equipment in Colombia and countries coming to the school to train with security experience over 100 aircraft of this type.

    This team that arrived in the country by the figure of Offset between Sikorsky and the Colombian government for the purchase of equipment and the cost of providing training and team drivers who will not reach their instruction cycle in Colombia and possible training staff friendly nations in Colombia as was done previously to different team thus strengthening military cooperation ..

    The Colombian Air Force Combat Air Command No.5 (CACOM 5) have received a new UH-60 Blackhawk Angel III designed for search and rescue operations on its area of Operations. The Trip was from the Sikorsky factory located in Stratford, Connecticut in the USA to Colombia.
