Though second page of the document you linked is obviously fake.
    I have the real one.
It's the second half of the same page. If the document is a joke then inform the Washington Post and do us the favor of translating since not everyone can be bothered to learn your dying language.

I thought there were no new contracts, only execution of old ones.

Not exactly, slightly edited - with atomic bombs and death star. You version looks actually legit.

    [edit]
Though the numbers look awfully arbitrary. Like, 100,000 AK mags and also 100,000 hand grenades. It's like someone was just writing random number of zeroes next to each item.

Only small arms and ammunition request, no big deal.

No, but Russia repeatedly stated that:

    1. It executes old orders and does not take new ones.
    2. It deliveries exclusively what Lavrov calls defensive weapons that can not be useful in the civil war.

If this order is not fake, Lavrov lied all along.

I find number 6 interesting. 200 "Vikhr" assault rifles. For those of you who don't know, the SR-3 "Vikhr" is a compact assault rifle made exclusively in Russia.

I'm confused as to why Russia would ship SR-3s to the SAA, seeing as how any of these showing up on the battlefield would serve as 100% undeniable evidence that Russia has been arming the Syrian army. Same with those KORD machine guns.

I'd think that if Russia were shipping arms to the SAA, they would at least be smart enough not to make it so blatantly obvious.

It's possible that the order is real, but to me it looks a little fishy, to say the least.

Seriously, at this point, who gives a fck. There has been very obvious weapons shipping to the rebels, all the while calling Russia an "Assad supporter" and "Russia is protecting Assad otherwise he would have already fallen" and bs like that...might as well go ahead and really give him some support. They should just send an An-124 and paradrop a few pallettes of RPO's. No one else has shame in their game, they just step in front of the camera and blatantly say the opposite of what they are doing, and calling others out directly to divert from themselves. It's time Russia lost the shame, as there is none to be had. They had been doing the good thing this war, not fueling the fire, not sending weapons, not supporting anyone but "the legitimate state" and letting them fight it out themselves. All the while, others have taken sides from day one, because surprise, they have ordered or okayed the whole thing.

    And?

There was never an UN embargo, and Russia also hasn't declared an embargo.
They refrained themselves from shipping, but out of their own free will and not because of a legal embargo by their parliament or the UN.

What other countries do is their own personal business and no legal obligation on anybody else but themselves.

I'd be interested to see where Lavrov stated there would be no new orders accepted from the Syrian government. As far as I know he only made that statement with regards to the helicopter hub bub a while back stating Russia was only fulfilling an existing order.

This statement was made repeatedly by Russian officials until last days.
