Default Obama administration using housing department to compel diversity in neighborhoods

"In a move some claim is tantamount to social engineering, the Department of Housing and Urban Development is imposing a new rule that would allow the feds to track diversity in America’s neighborhoods and then push policies to change those it deems discriminatory.

The policy is called, "Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing." It will require HUD to gather data on segregation and discrimination in every single neighborhood and try to remedy it.

HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan unveiled the federal rule at the NAACP convention in July.

"Unfortunately, in too many of our hardest hit communities, no matter how hard a child or her parents work, the life chances of that child, even her lifespan, is determined by the zip code she grows up in. This is simply wrong,” he said."

Hmmm. So which will it be. Banks forced to extend more loans to people who can't afford them or government subsidies so Shanique crack-ho can live in a gated community? Glad we have money to waste on $hit like this. (Of course only the truly gullible would believe it's about righting some imagined social inequality rather than buying votes.)

And a useful way to dilute or increasing voting agendas....after all, what could be better than diluting a traditional republican stronghold than by relocating groups that fit democrat voters values..

And you wondered what Obama had up his sleeve once he got a second term? Crap like this?

Obama hates the suburbs, and the people the located in them, as he believes they abandoned the big cities and the people still living here. Social f-cking engineering by someone who things reparations wouldn't go far enough...

This is Section 8 bs. Take a bunch who have never owned a home and have no idea how to take car of a home/yard in a nice neighborhood and watch the fun begin. In no time your hard earned investment will tumble in value thanks to the new tenants next door.
Here in Cleveland, you'll see some adverts for apartment complexes that will say up front "No Section 8s" allowed.

Forced relocation aka " Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing". Yikes. Everything under the guise of "fairness".

Anybody who thinks this is a good idea is out of their minds. The g has no business, no authority, in regulating who lives where.

Seems like we've been asking this question a lot lately doesn't it? My take on it, and has been from the beginning, is that he'll keep pushing the limits until Congress puts him in his place. Which doesn't look like is going to happen anytime soon.
