Haven't seen a Paca before, looks nice. Are the bits attatching the back plate to the front elastic or webbing? Looks nice and simple, esp. for size adjustment at the shoulders. I like it!

The sides are elastic. Oh and I must add that the plates are fake hollow plastic ones. I find that they offer some support when I have the rig on.

For once I agree with you. Vietnam barely qualifies as reenactment right now, so how the hell can people think a war that's not even over can qualify?
