    See here is where the breakdown in communication happened…RAV (rapid action vest) as opposed to RAV (releasable assault vest) I had always heard RAV as a Rapid Action Vest: a vest that was designed to be quick to put on, and only carried ammo, and water, basically the essentials for an 8 hour period of time spent in a hostile environment. Apparently, that’s not an RAV. The source of my information was a retired USAF CSAR member, I guess things have changed, or he was full of ****. Ether way, I wasn’t lying, just misguided.

    The price of the RAV made by Paraclete is a lot more. If you chose to do the whole 9 yards ( pouches and all) I'll set yo back almost $1,900 + tax + shipping.

    I expect that includes real armour? E.g. kevlar, neck protection and ceramic plates front and rear? What level of protection does it offer?

    he should go to the gym and workout! Im doing it, i love it. I am 1.75 m, or 5'11", and i gained almost 4 kilos in one month! I gotta admit i am drinking pretty expensive weight gainer shakes, but the next month i aint going to use those, and find out if theres a difference.

    I found a RAV vest for about $500....and I also know a surplus store in town with more modern gear that had a well used paraclete for about $450...so yeah....

    Ive never heard of a rapid action vest....and next time dont go with the idiot stuff and then fess up later on to get out of trouble...You called me an idiot earlier so....im sensing antoher M1A2U2
