    Detroit police use the scoop of a front-end loader(skiploader) to carry two people stranded in a minivan to safety after street flooding caused by a water main break on Friday, Feb. 7, 2014 on Detroit's east side. Several vehicles were stuck in water and ice, prompting a rescue by police officers on construction equipment.
