    The guy who made this essay might be rather alcoholic since in "Fig.9" he thinks that a Tu-22 is a Su-27.

    That is a very old article... minefields would more likely be delvered by SMERCH 300mm rocket launchers than the old BM-22s. SMERCH has a range of up to 90km, and carries about 400 minelets per rocket.
