It's easy. You find a video you want to post.. for example - the *** Pistols - Pretty Vacant:

You need to get rid of the "watch?" and add a forward slash, and get rid of the equal sign "=" and put a forward slash in there as well, so that it looks like this:
http://www.youtube.com/v/Vl2uZZxoTJA
Then you enclose that in embed /embed tags and you end up with:
*** Pistols - Pretty Vacant
He'll still screw it up.
