actually its already set in stone pretty much as i have a lot of relatives up there so it would be cool being semi close to my east coast family.

you do mostly traditional art for a specific dod? i was wondering because when working on the base we had access to all sorts of dod clip art like choppers planes, vehicles, usually done in some sort of vector art program, schematic type technical art usually. i used it for referance a couple times when making specific base logos for various mwr facilities.

WOW.. quite a few Fed or DOD related here. I also work at a Defense contractor company.

I am also looking for a career change. I am part of the logistics chain where I work but hate it. I make peanuts on top of that.
I like talking about legal, pshychological, and tactical stuff. I have a creative side as well.. I draw, and cook pretty well. I used to do graphics and illustration for my brigade while I was active duty. Mostly SOP coversheets, t-shirt and challenge coin designs. I did a couple murals and photo displays for several buildings. I don't do it now though.

I can't seem to get focused on one thing. I have sporadic college here and there. (mostly IT and Business) I haven't even started with my military training.

Dammit it is frustrating. I gotta find a niche for myself.

Right now, I'm an Owner, CEO - President of a small private security consulting business...Who would've thought...

    Brief history...

Someone in my family passed on, and left me a large sum of money, so I started a business, well, several. The first one failed. The second one wasn't doing too hot. And now this is going great. The only thing I don't like is having to wear a suit and tie all the time...Bummer.

Well, I quit the navy, about a year ago, been trying to get back in for the last 8 months...

    Currently working as a bouncer

Anybody here wants to become a cop?
Yes, it's either that or returning to the Navy, to make a career out of it.
