Well pretty much every US unit operating in Iraq are using them, or should be anyway. Don't know about price though, we just receive them then wear them. Use a Google search and you can find out about all that jazz. Hope that helps.

Do you know if moratex uses imported kevlar or what! For example, then spanish Induyco, uses US imported kevlar.
