    Tenda:

I checked your profile and saw that you're in Italy. I'm in the US, so I hope these links can still be helpful to you. I will say that I am really picky about who I do business with. Pretty much one strike and you're out. With that said, the following links are all for retailers that I regularly use and have been very pleased with both pre and post sales support.

    Airsoft Arms - www.airsoftarms.com

This company is based in Ohio, USA. They carry a wide range of tacitcal gear including Blackhawk (BHI) and Specialty Defense Systems (SDS). Airsoft Arms regularly has very good sales that included items that are in stock and special order. Even though I have to pay sales tax when I buy from these guys, there sale prices are still very competitive and hard to beat. I've even had to make some returns to them and those transactions are quickly and painlessly completed. A benefit for me is that they are in the same state as I am, therefore, UPS Ground shipping arrives in 24 hours. Pretty much all of my BHI gear has come from Airsoft Arms

    Specialty Defense Systems - www.specialtydefense.com
Specialty Defense Systems is the prime contractor for a lot of USGI LBE. I've found that their prices are very competitive. One downside to SDS is that if you order online, you can expect a 4 week delivery time. If you can find a SDS dealer though, it's probably a better option because the dealer prices are discounted off the actual SDS price. Even with that said, SDS still has some awesome prices, IMO.

    Tactiacal Tailor (TT) - www.tacticaltailor.com
I've also gotten some gear from Tactical Tailor. I've only gotten a couple of orders from them, but everything arrived in good condition and very quickly. On a side note, if you can find a TT dealer, it doesn't seem like their prices are a whole lot better than straight from TT.

    Diamondback Tactical (DBT) - www.store.yahoo.com/diamondback/
This is a newer company making some head way. As with most of the gear makers, most of the DBT pouches appear to be copies or improvements on other companies products. I've order from them a couple of times and the pouches seem to be just as nice as BHI. The DBT pouches are sold under the name of Battlelabs. For some reason, I've only ordered over the phone with DBT. If you do this, I'd recommend asking for Danielle. She's been awesome and has even expidited a couple of orders for me.

Oso Grande Knife and Tool - www.osograndeknives.com
I stumbled on Oso Grande when I was looking for a new knife. I also say that they had Maxpedition products. Again, I phone these orders in and was very please. The guy I talk to is real nice and even with UPS Ground shipping, I had my orders in the same week.

    Lightfighter Tactical - www.lightfighter.com
I don't know how it is in Italy, but most US players know about Lightfighter. They list a huge amount of items on their page, however a lot of it is not in stock. Again, just so I can confirm that the items I want are in stock, I usually call Lightfighter. I did have one issue with Lightfighter, but they professionally and quickly corrected the probelm. I had order the Large Tactical Assault Gear (TAG) EOD Chest Pouch in OD. When it came, the had sent the tan version. That really sucked because I wanted the pouch for that weekend. Additionally, thru no fault of Lightfighter I didn't like the pouch I order, it was too big. So I called them, told them they sent the wrong color and asked if I could get the small version instead. They agreed and I had my small OD TAG EOD pouch in time for the event. I didn't even have to pay return shipping.

That's about it for the people that I like to use and trust. I'm willing to try new companies, but like I said, one strike and you're out.

I've also tried to order directly from BHI (www.blackhawkindustries.com) but that was a disaster and I canceled the order. Pretty much had the same experience with Botach Tactical (www.botac.com). I placed an order waited a week and a half, but never heard any thing. So I called them only to find out one of the items was back ordered. No attempt was ever made to inform me of this, so I canceled that order too. [/url]

because there are retailers that legally bring them in and sell them to people 18+ years of age. Also there is a huge second hand market in Canada. It is not all that difficult to obtain airsoft guns in canada

I just got my G&G... and I'm... pretty pissed. The front reciever pin slot on the upper reciever was... pretty badly damaged to the point that the two recievers don't even hold together anymore.

This isnt sawn. I even found a bit of the broken area inside the body. It must have happened while in the custody of G&G... .

Anyhow I'm talking with UNco and hopefully something can be arranged.

    Pics:

(I took these all in under a minute, so quality sucks...I'll get some better pics later once everything's done, including painting.)

If you wanna play airsoft in canada, you haev to buy your AEGs, GBBs, etc from Canadian based retailers, since they have the permits, etc to import them. If you order from HK or the US, etc Canadian customs will seize them.

I might have the same CBC news report you do, they filmed a bunch of guys from BCAC(the club I play with) playing an interviewed a few of them too.

I don't quite like that CBC documentry, I always felt they were trying to portray airsoft as a seedy underground sport who's players illegally smuggle guns into the country..... at leasts, that seems to be the undertone of the segment.

Being shipped to me as we speak.

    Twombles, your pics rock.
If I may suggest, drop the G&G and get a Systema PTW.
