I had one for a few months.
It blew apart in my face while firing blanks during a WWII reenactment.
Granted, the blank round COULD have been at fault, but I never really liked the gun to begin with.
I acquired it and a bunch of magazines and ammo in trade for a semi-auto Sten. I still don't regret the trade, since I got a bunch of mags and ammo for my GI carbine.

Check out MidWest Industries rails, the price is just right and they are quality kit.

I have owned the M73, but sold it a while back, and I have a full length free floating MidWest Industries rail on my Bushmaster Dissipator.

Recently acquired SVT40, In very good shape. It is a gas piston design similar to the SKS, Shoots the same round as the Mosin Nagant with a much milder recoil.

I don't know if there is one. The other hand, why would someone. I would not have either if I did and the value as a collectable would be greatly diminished. I have long range shooters any way. This rifle was not consider a top quality sniper rifle the Mosin Nagant bolt action was more accurate and more prefered among Russians.

I understand that HOLLiS, the reason Im asking is here, in Canada, AK family rifles are prohibited, from the way it looks the SVT would make a quite succesfull look alike for some of the desperat collectors here

What is that big Canadian firearm dealer, "magstar" or something like that. You may want to check with them. In the States one does not mess with the BATF.
