X2 what Taco wrote. If you really want a .380, the Sig-Sauer is the way to go. A female cop friend had one as one of her off-duty/back-up weapons, and it was nice. Lightweight and slender.

And yeah, the Kahr is kinda bulky, like the Glock.

The P7M8 in 9x19 is about the same size as the P232 in .380 and even 4mm slimer.

I would go SIG all the way, but with a P232, it might not be a match made in heaven if you have big hands?????

    What about the P239????

Yupp... the Glock 26 is just bulky as the 17.
But on the other hand you could gain from the muscle memory from shooting your 17.

    Just a thought.

I've got a new, old one for ya. Its an H&R firearms "Vest Pocket Self Cocker" as far as I know its in .32 Short. Patented in 1887 and the serial number is 106. I cant find any info on it. We found it in a box in my Grandpa's closets after he passed away.
Sorry about the pic, I took it on my phone

Sounds good. We hafta stop at El Tepeyac sometime along the way!

Last P7 I saw (ironically where I worked) was $1,400 buckeroos.... a tad expensive.

Man thats a damned good idea I have not been there in ages

$1,400 is what I would spend on a new rifle but not a pistol. I figured that P7 was over priced, I'm sure its an excellent firearm but damned expensive considering the alternatives.

I believe H&K quit making the P7, which means prices will only increase.
I have a friend who owns one, and they truly are nice pistols. But, that's too much for my budget too. If I had that kind of cash to spend on a pistol, it would go towards a Wilson or Kimber 1911A1, or possibly something collectable like a naval Luger or Mauser Broomhandle.

    I don't think they're available to us.
    (I hope I'm wrong!)
