Two new ones I picked up this weekend, the M91/30 is a Tula Arsenal Rifle with hardwood stock made in 1940. I'll get better pics of it later but the receiver is beautiful, no nicks or dings, never been shot and very clean. For $69 from Big 5 it was a good deal. The M95 Steyr pictured was bought the same day, from Big 5 for $79. Polished stock, came with a Bayonet, also in amazing condition.

I'll get better pics when my friend returns my camera.

I've never heard that phrase before but I'm assuming you're refering to the sporterised stock. I don't like it either, but I got a hell of a deal on it that I couldn't pass up. A new stock is going to cost twice what I paid for the entire gun.

I figure I'll do it someday.

    Just kidding.

    My '03 Springfield:

I don't go shooting enough to warrent buying more guns, though I have been considering a handgun/ shotty for home defence.
That is a beautiful rifle, probably the best looking sporterized Springfield I have ever seen, nice find.

Does anyone have a sporterized M91/30? I'm considering making one of mine a hunting rifle.

Not a 91/30 but I think the stock is the same.
Scope mount on the one bellow is by S&K and it's the best LER scope mount there is (I've tried them all).

This rifle (MN 44) is capable of 1" @ 100yd. Trigger is stock but it breaks at 2 1/2lb or so, very light and smooth.

Nice collection of Commie weapons, Tyrvidar! I especially like the Mosin-Nagant.

I like that Makarov. I know a guy who's got a Chinese Makarov. It's pretty nice for its age.

About how much did you pay for it?

Wish I could of got one while they were cheaper a few years ago... $325, 4 eg magazines, and it came with German police papers pre and post unification... according to the papers it was still in police use till 97 in Germany.

    Great little shooter...

For some reason I really like or prefer "scout" type scope/mount.
Most of my guns have this setup.
    Inducing this Winchester 94 (.45LC)
A few photos I took today.

    Default I broke the MG.34!

Would anyone be interested if I posted a photo series of how to disassemble the MG.34?

Yeah that would be nice of you. Is that beauty de-activated, modified to semi-auto or original fun version?
