I heard the Turkish Maroon Berets do the same sort of thing. I'm guessing it is more common than you'd think.

It is supposed to teach the confidence that when you are running around in the firefight, your buddies wont be hitting you, thereby elliminate that fear in your mind. Allegedly. Oh and its at 100meter distance.

After putting 4.5 trouble free boxes of varying ammunition, this has become my primary carry piece (sans the light).

Not yet, other than that they finally said they were going to replace it. They're pretty slow...probably because of all the problems they have with the Gen 4 glocks.

Haters goin to hate. Still got other frame man. lol.

That was too much work. This RTF is already rough enough..so rough I had to use hockey tape to cover most of it so it wouldn't tear skin during IWB carry.

Really? I have the Gen 4 17 and ended up stippling it because the texture wasnt aggressive enough, but dont IWB it. My 19 is fully stippled and I know the discomfort of IWB.

I've no clue what you guys are on about?

I had an armorer look at my G17 - He said "wow an "A" model? Don't think I've ever come across one of these before" That's right, I'm a trend setter. I've been shooting Glock since you girls were in grade school.

I only know them by generation and model (Compensated, RTF, etc.) I dont think I have ever heard of an "A" model. I defer to the experts.

The first guy to purchase a Glock in Canada (guy around Quebec) came by our weapons shop a few years ago when I was with the vandoos, he said that Glock sent him some free stuff because he was the first in the country to have ordered one.

I wonder if he still has it and in what condition it's in.
