    Geezah,

    Here's my couple of guns:

Me using the M44 I turned into a sort of scout rifle. Yeah it ain't that great. I may buy that new Ruger M77MK2 Frontier rifle, 16in barrel, .308. Nice! Will show later.

Back in the day. 550 cord sling!

The Ruger M77MK2 Frontier Rifle, .308, .243, .300WSM, and some other damn caliber.

    My Remington 870:

Has a Choate topfolder installed. I am, believe it or not, in the desert in this picture on a little training deal. Note shell being ejected form the chamber.

The shotgun has functioned through snow, ice, water, literally being fired immediately after being buried in sand and gravel. Just tip it forward a bit, clear the barrel, etc. and you are ready to go. I am leaning towards buying a Mossberg 590, 20in barrel, 9shot tube, ghost ring sights. Discounts are great.

Before painting the new stock. I got the heatshield after burning my palms a few thousand times in the desert.

BTW, as an update, those MilStor Magnum shotshells were a blast! Friggin blew a huge ass hole in a water tank. Awesome for breaching! Alot more recoil than standard 12 gauge 2 3/4in 00 buckshot, or any sabot or slug I've fired. Louder too.

I've got more guns. Nothing cool though. Not that those last two were.

    Ryan

How do you like the galil? In the states, the Galil is a rather expensive piece of equipment.

That pic is from an unofficial shoot Afterwards we realised that, in all the excitement, we'd forgotton to recover our brass - so we had to go back for it . Very professional
Its a big brute of a gun and great fun to shoot! It cost me £450 when I bought it 1992. I have never been able to shoot it as well as I can my M14 though.
One thing I dont like about the Galil is the fact that the rear sight comes off with the receiver cover.
Two of my friends have them too, however one of them had his extractor break and her can't find a replacement.
Great gun - but I prefer my Winchester M14!

Is it illegal to get a machine shop to make the part or would he need to go through a gunsmith?
