Hollis is a showoff. He's almost as bad as that gaijin prick.....
Well Everyone, Come September i will be acquiring my Canadian RPAL License. Time for me to own my very own handgun.![]()
Looking at buying a new Glock this winter.
my handgun group, 4 antiques, rest are shooters (4 antiques upper left): the long barrel upper right is an inexpensive wood griped 22LR single action for targets, snakes and such; bot. center is S&W 357magnum (wood grips) model 686 w/ 4inch barrel, dead center my Beretta 92FS 9mm (Italian made) w/ 3 mags, below it is my Beretta caliber 22LR hideout gun w/ 2 mags; right side upside down is an old (wood grips) S&W 38special caliber (likely an old police gun), above it is my Ruger 357 magnum caliber single action New Vaquero (sweet handgun); left center is my S&W model 422 (wood grips) target type caliber 22LR w/ 2 mags.
also shown speedloader for the Smith 357 magunm.
the antique wheelguns are old cheaply made: Iver Johnson's Arms & cycle works 32caliber, another Iver Johnson last patent date 1896; Hopkins & Allen 32 caliber last patent date 1886; and a U.S. Revolver Co. 32 caliber? the silver color mag lower left is a higher capacity mag for the Beretta 92FS.

Here is one of my favorites. An IMI Galil ARM in 5.56. I have a few others both in 5.56 and 7.62 X 51. Superb battle rifle, but a bit on the heavy side. And yes, be very jealous, those selector markings are real. This thing runs like a scalded dog on full auto. Very fun to shoot. I have an Aimpoint Comp M3 mounted on a railed topcover (which necessitates a horizontal charging handle of some kind, mine is an IMI made full auto bolt carrier with a horizontal charging handle although certain AK full auto bolt carriers will work as well.) I can also mount the PVS-14 night vision monocular, although I prefer that on my LWRC M6. And a bayonet lug, typically found on the earlier Magnum Research rifles.
Impressive pistol collection, Commanding!
Newest addition:
Ameriglo CAP sights....love 'em so far.

Ha! Well, I didn't buy it yesterday, but currently a select fire Galil runs about 20K. If you can find one. I recently had mine overhauled by a great 'smith in Tennessee. The PVS-14 was pricey, but after screwing around with cheaper sh*t and being disappointed (and wasting money, my typical pattern) I splurged for a good night optic. The AWB of '94 was my "buy now" wake up call. No regrets.
