His wifes grandfather handed it in for destruction, the local cop was going to keep it to save it from being destroyed, but luckily he is giving it back to my colleague.

Ill see if i can get a picture.

Martini lever loading action, that brings back memories of Air Cadets in the UK, we went to the range every week, we had a Martini, and 2 .22LR 303 lee Enfield. We only got to shoot FAL's GPMG, and stens (for the girls) at the army bases.

I know we addressed this question a few weeks ago, but I found a great link that explains it very well.

About to head out to the range to give some of my rifles (and my SigPro) a good work out (besides, gotta make sure everything is working and good to go should there be a zombie invasion), thought I'd take a picture before I loaded everything up.

Laworkerbee, no that's no a Remington 700, it's aMarlin MR-7 I also own the Remington 700 but personally, I much prefer the Marlin.

P.S. Fvcking range was closed in order to host a Muzzleloading competition which they were so kind as to NOT mention on the website or telephone messages. What a waste of gas.
