Also some Danes:The international forces are attacked on a daily basis, but in the capital Kabul it's relatively peaceful. Here, a German soldier guards the capital.

Its so wonderul seeing forces from different nations working together. But is it just me or are those ISAF patches damn UGLY?

Why is he doing that ?
Probably so his unit can take the barrel home as a momento or else to put up in one of their clubs/bars. The german bars we frequented in Kabul all had local/captured stuff on the walls.
