The Wolf with the MG4-gunner seems to have its hood opened, but I guess it's only for cooling purposes.

No, they aren't.
Most of them are TacGear "Coolmax" combat shirts with a body made from 100% polyester, which makes them dangerous to wear in an area where IEDs are a constant threat. Even tolerating the wear of clothing made from polyester is negligent, to say the least ...
