hi MILLA, i put the battery on the stock punch....the solution that i have adopted is not nice (from an aesthetic point of view) but it is very functional (rapid change) and comfortable.

For the position of vertical foregrip: it's only a personal opinion for the shooting preference.......some people put it on the end other on the middle, a few in the beginning of rails

Wait your battery is in your buffer tube (the stock tube)? Or you mean your battery goes in a battery bag that sits outside the stock?

battery bag outside the stock...sorry for my bad english...

if u want u can fit a 8,4V battery in your stock tube (only 7 elements) but u can't collapse it...in my opinion that's not a great choice......
BTW many seals use to put the vertical foregrip (also the M900A) into the front of rails whet them carabines are setup for LRRP....this is a good solution when u must use a R.A.I.---->see the TEARS OF THE SUN movie for an example.......

So you dont have battery wires exposed? I know a lot of guys with the battery bag but their wires are exposed.

The pouch on the picture shown is not a battery pouch, but a magazine pouch . Ofcourse you could use it as one, but you would definitely have the wires exposed.

Ive seen people drill their stock tube under the battery bag, so you cant see any wires at all. I think I migh do that with mine as a matter of fact.

Hey Milla, it still looks good! Now you don't don't need that PEQ box that obstructs your view.

    You went air-hockey with it?

Looks good to me. I still wouldn't mind an M4A1 with standard handguards, basically just an M4 (fixed carry handle). I only really end up slappin' a Surefire and a grip on it anyway.

Yes I know you could do that, but the actual picture is showing just a simple mag pouch, that is actually meant to be a mag pouch
Hiding the wires inside to the tube would prevent you from using all the available stock positions, so that's not too handy. What I would do, is that I would paint my wires OD to make them blend in with my gear. That'd definitely look better than a black and a red one.
