Most of the time I'd be running with it using it like a rifle, the old bipod is kind of a hindrance in that case, yet a pistol grip that instantly pops out the bipod, that is much more useful. I am kind of leery about putting too much downward force on the legs though. They don't look like they can take much.

    bro'...that's what i needed!!!!

I like vertical foregrips, and enjoy having bipods so the Grippod seemed like a viable option. It does the job.

Thinking about getting a Tango Down Vertical Foregrip and TD Bipod instead though.

Alright, new updates. I also re-finished the BE 870, and finished the fabrication of my precision tactical suppressor (long type). I have two masterkey systems, the Hardballer 870, and this BE 870. The BE 870 is much lighter, and easier to wield than the Hardballer. The suppressor was painted with dark grey, then polised/buff with a little shine to mimic the real thing.

Thank you for the comment. I only have access to humble material and equipment to go around with.

    Cool stuff guys!

Kilo, if you wanna be supr realistic and all, you wouldn't have 550 cord around a hot barrel for too long before the weapon falls...

Photo of me and my brand new M14 than I used for the first time during last Sunday's Skirm in Belgium.
The M14 rocks and is by far the best AEG I bought until now.

    Thanks Tenda.
MrSkorotsnoy, you do have a good point. I guess I should tie the 550 around the front iron sites instead.
