Yourself and Tunershark should consider yourselves lucky. I've had a bunch come in for repairs. Then again, you guys probably do maintanence on them.

    D3ath: Try me.

I know of 3 OTHER people who got them at the same time (different places besides mine and one of the other guys). I have never opened mine up. I have used compressed air and thats about it for maintanence.

He means that those photos look very unrealistic. They look like that are computer made (rendered).

    Hi,
Just thought I'd add my M60 Mk43 MOD1, with Prime RIS, the GB-Tech metal kit etc. etc. and done up ANGS internals.
I'll get some pics of my Systema M4A1 PTW when I've got that and my Systema M16A3 done. (The pics on the loadout thread are of my G&P M16).
The AK's finally looking nice and worn in, I've slapped a load of Systema parts in there and it shoots how I wanted it to.
As for the CQB-R, she was built a long time before the CA CQB came out and cost me a bundle, but was worth it in the end.
The M99's an APS conversion kit, built a while ago but still going strong.
I love TOP Minimis, and the MK1 is ANGSd up, but the performance of the CA 249 MKll is pretty good as well. Unfortunately, my gears have gone but some Prommie high speeds are in order
If anyone wants specs, just ask, it's just that I'm not used to talking about internals after spending time on Wannabe, a site which I can reccomend to anyone interested in gear.
    Cheers.

After hearing the news of Zarqawi's much deserved death being attributed to a Task Force 145 (comprised of Special Operation Counter-Terrorism teams) designating the target house for the airstrike, I came up with the idea of a Counter-Terrorism Hostage Rescue edition MP5. Even though MP5s aren't used in large numbers by CT teams (as they're slowly being phased by Colt Commandos and CQBRs), I still toyed with the idea of a MP5 variant that isn't a "Kurtz" model that would be used in an extreme Hostage Rescue scenarios. My MP5 features "Enhanced Optics" and a custom vertical foregrip. The "Enhanced Optics" are mostly for looks, so it's nothing too special. The idea of having a standard length MP5 barrel with a shorter overall length (w/o the stock) allows the operator better accuracy and less recoil (ok, there's no recoil in airsoft, but there would be in the real world, like with the K model). I left out the butt cap, as it added another 3-4 inches that I didn't need. The vertical foregrip is also removable.

    With the retractable stock.

The whole point of this project is to have a compact weapon without overly sacrificing accuracy. With all the accessories on, the MP5 looked awkward with the full stock, so I didn't include a picture with it.
As usual, any comments are welcome.
